Hi HOF,
Mate i have never liked the sell feature as i always said prices paid to players were too high as it was too hard to get their money back, but with current stud fees i feel the prices are a little low especially at the top end.
Before update.....you sold a good horse for say around $10bill day old and stud fees were for top stallion around $300mill now very hard for player to get their money back if they brought stallion for $10bill.
After update (now).....i brought pedigree 19 stallion for $18bill 2 days old....stud fees for these type of horses between $6.8bill - $16.9bill.....so if i studded him out for top price i nearly recovery my money in 1 stud service....i actually did min fee and within 3 stud services i was in front.
So i feel the sell prices dont actually add up to the stud prices now especially the top end....you certainly shouldnt get your money you paid in 1-2 stud services....so i feel with the higher of pedigree the higher the price goes up which i understand it does but when u can get $16bill stud fee the value of that horse should be much much greater.
Example of my horse i purchased last night...2 day old pedigree 19 stallion for $18bill now 24 hours later and hardly any racing ive made about $56bill and with the $18bill price tag ive made $38bill in least than 24 hours....now what i saying he is atm the top pedigree of horse so when pedigree 20's come he wont be worth as much.
I just feel this needs to looked at again as we just cant get the stud fees and sell price right IMO....i would be happy to pay $50-60bill for this type of horse as i know it would get big money in stud farm as the top pedigree stallions will always make money.
